Bowls for Empty Bowls event

For those of you in the the Joplin area.  Come on down to Phoenix Fired Art, 1603 S. Main, Thursday, November 15th for the first annual Empty Bowls event.  All proceeds go to LOCAL not for profit organizations: Salvation Army, Crosslines and Watered Gardens.  Local potters (myself included) are busy making bowls to donate.  Five restaurants are donating soup for the cause.  Just buy a bowl for a minimum donation of $15 per bowl for your soup and you get to take your bowl home.
